Six ways to spend a day with your cask.

Four of them mark the cask’s own life — filling it, tasting it, re-casking it, bottling it. Two are days out built around a visit to the bond. One day is ours. The rest of the week is yours.

How the days work

Windows, not deadlines.

Each experience opens at a point in the cask's life and stays open until you take it. The Reckoning is available from year three onwards — if the group can't get over until year six, nothing breaks and nothing is lost.

Between the days the cask keeps working. Samples land, the portal keeps the record, and somebody in the group starts planning the next trip.

WHAT WE HOST The day at Larch Grove — the bond, the bench, the blender, the food, the paperwork.
WHAT WE DON'T Flights, courses, houses, transport. Your travel partner builds the other six days — see the week in Ireland.
WHO COMES Every seat-holder is invited to every day. Anyone who misses the fill signs the head at their first visit.
