Who owns the cask — the company or the people?
Either, or both. Seats can be held by the company, by named individuals, or split. We write it down at the start so nobody argues in year six.
What happens when a delegate leaves the company?
If the seat is in their name, it stays theirs and so do their bottles. If the company holds it, the company reassigns it. Your client decides the policy, we follow it.
Can it carry the client’s branding?
The name goes on the cask head and on the bottle labels at the end. We will work with your client’s brand team on the label inside our own bottling rules.
How many people can be in the bond at once?
The hosted day works comfortably up to about twenty-five. Bigger delegations get split across the morning and the afternoon.
Is this an investment or a financial product?
No. It is whiskey. We make no claims about value, return or resale, and we will not present it to your client as an asset.
