Corporate offsites · team building · client entertaining
A cask of whiskey used to be filled, rolled into the dark and forgotten for a decade — no use to anyone until bottling day. This one gets tapped from the day it is filled: your team builds it, works it over six hosted experiences in Ireland, and at the end takes a few hundred bottles home under your own label.
Nobody hands the keys back at the end of the season.
The problem
Firms spend serious money every year on offsites, client entertaining and staff incentives, and it goes down the same tried-and-tested avenues. Match tickets. The box. Dinners, nights out, trips away, another branded bottle at Christmas. All of it expensive, all of it ephemeral, and none of it leaving anything behind but a photo.
The dinner, the match, the case of wine — a single moment, then nothing until you spend again.
The box, the tickets, the dinners, the gifts — it adds up fast, sits idle half the year, and takes constant managing.
When the season ends you hand the keys back. Nothing compounds, nothing is owned, and next year you start from zero.
The solution
We work in whiskey and we have our own home for it — a bond built to mature, sample, re-gauge, store, blend and bottle on site, with room to bring people in while it happens. That control is what makes this possible: the cask stops being a thing in storage and becomes something the team can use, from fill day onward.
It has never been done this way before in Irish whiskey. We are the first.
Stage one · always the builder
The first thing you meet is the builder — ours alone, and open to over fourteen thousand combinations of make, wood, finish, strength and time. Whatever you land on, the odds are you will hold the only liquid of its style on the planet, bottled under your own label.
And it need not be a long wait. Go new-fill and hold it for twenty years, or draw on our warehouse of aged stock and have something in bottle as soon as next year.
Why it works on a team
Facilitated exercises end when the facilitator leaves. This one has a physical output, a shared decision record and a date in the calendar that pulls the same people back together years later.
Stage three · the cherry on top
That is the part nothing else in the entertainment budget can do. At maturity the cask is bottled under your own label and a few hundred bottles come home with you — and then the fun starts, because every one of them is another reason to reach out.
Name the cask, write the occasion in your own words, and the label builds itself around it — front and back, with the real cask facts filled in from the bond.

Around the programme
The day at the bond is the anchor — the part we own and run ourselves. A firm bringing its team or its best clients across the Atlantic comes for a week, and your agency or planner builds the rest around it: the house, the rooms, the dinner, the transfers.
Larch Grove is an hour and a quarter from Dublin, twenty minutes from Borris House and fifty from Ballyfin, so a group can be on site and back for dinner. Drive times approximate, from the bond.
